How do I log in to the app?
Open the BaikalSphere app and enter the email address and password provided by your HR administrator. If you have not received your credentials, please contact your HR department.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your registered work email. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive.
How do I apply for leave?
Navigate to the "Leave" section in the app, tap "Apply Leave", select the leave type and dates, add a reason if required, and submit. Your manager will be notified for approval.
My attendance was not recorded. What should I do?
Ensure location permissions are enabled for the app and that you are within the designated geo-fence when checking in. If the issue persists, contact your HR administrator to manually correct the record.
How do I view my payslips?
Go to the "Payroll" section in the app. Your payslips are listed by month. Tap any payslip to view or download it as a PDF.
How do I update my profile information?
Tap your profile avatar in the top corner and select "Edit Profile". You can update your phone number and profile picture. For changes to your name, department, or role, contact your HR administrator.
I am not receiving push notifications. How do I fix this?
Check that notifications are enabled for BaikalSphere in your device settings (Settings → Notifications → BaikalSphere). Also ensure you are connected to the internet and have not enabled Do Not Disturb.
How do I report a technical issue or bug?
Email us at support@baikalsphere.com with a description of the issue, your device model, OS version, and a screenshot if possible. We aim to respond within one business day.
